Cancellation Policy
Deposit is due at time of booking . Deposit is non refundable but can be moved to a different appointment with 24 hour notice . Your deposit goes towards your appointment . You must cancel your appointment with me with in that 24 hour time frame , if you don’t you’ll be charged 50% of the appointment and I will require a new deposit for a new appointment. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment and will not be allowed to book again . Please understand that communication is key . If you are not happy with your service I will fix it for free but not REFUNDS . You have 24 hours to report any issues after that I’m not responsible for any issues
